About Cabinda
Cabinda, also known as Chioua, is a city and a municipality in the Cabinda Province, an exclave of Angola. It is the administrative capital of Cabinda.
As the hub of the Angolan oil boom, Cabinda City has grown exponentially over the last decade and is one of the wealthiest cities in Angola.

Main gateway is Cabinda Airport (Aeroporto de Cabinda). National carrier TAAG has several daily flights from the capital Luanda. While roads within the Cabinda enclave generally are in a good state, connections with neighboring countries are not. Overland travel is possible, but involves travelling on dirt roads and tedious border crossings.
