Ruili (simplified Chinese: 瑞丽; traditional Chinese: 瑞麗; pinyin: Ruìlì; Tai Nüa: ᥛᥫᥒᥰ ᥛᥣᥝᥰ; Shan: မိူင်းမၢဝ်း; Thai: เมืองมาว; Burmese: ရွှေလီ), called Möng Mao in Tai, is a county-level city of Dehong Prefecture, in the west of Yunnan province, China. It is a major border crossing between China and Myanmar, with the town of Muse located across the border.

Known as "Mengmao(勐卯" in ancient times, it is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of the Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture. It is the birthplace of the Dai nationality of China. During World War II, this was the border point on the Burma Road. Ruili City was named for its meaning of "auspicious and beautiful". Ruili City has a special border trade zone operating under the "within the border, outside customs" model. It is a significant hub for jewelry distribution and one of the first cities in China to be recognized as an excellent tourist city.
