What to check before you book

Ask for the specific features you need — roll-in shower, door widths, bed height — not just "accessible".
Check the route from the entrance and the lift to the room, not only the room.
Book the accessible room type itself; a standard room cannot be swapped on arrival.
Ask about parking close to the entrance and accessible public transport nearby.
