About
About Noda
The city center is surrounded by rivers on three sides, with the Shimōsa Plateau, the Tone River to the east of the city, the Edo River to the west, and the Tone Canal to the south. Noda has been a centre of Japanese soybean production for a long time. The Kikkoman soy sauce empire has its headquarters here. Noda has a humid subtropical climate characterized by warm summers and cool winters with light to no snowfall.
