Hwaseong is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It is located on the coast of the Yellow Sea.
Hwaseong is located in the southwestern part of Gyeonggi-do. The western region is predominantly rural and the eastern region is predominantly urban. Hwaseong City Hall is located in Namyang-eup. Jebudo island is part of Hwaseong.
