About Osan
Osan (Korean: 오산; Korean pronunciation: [o.san]) is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, approximately 35 km (22 mi) south of Seoul. The population of the city is around 200,000.
Osan is located in the southern part of Gyeonggi-do, bordering Hwaseong to the west and Pyeongtaek to the south. The city is predominantly urban, with a mix of residential, commercial, and military areas due to the presence of Osan Air Base. Osan City Hall is located in Sinjang-dong.
